I understand that things don’t always work out, especially in the world of online shopping. I try to make returns as easy as possible! Unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered goods may be returned for store credit or refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase. If it is possible I can do an even exchange; however, I cannot guarantee the stock of items desired. Special orders are absolutely non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Customer MUST send an e-mail to cleonasmail@gmail.com so a claim can be opened and the issue for your return can be recorded. Please note that items returned prior to speaking to me or before opening a claim will NOT be credited.
Please carefully inspect your product upon arrival. If you believe that you have received a defective item or incorrect merchandise, please contact me within 3 business days so the issue can be addressed promptly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tags attached (if applicable). Only items that are returned: unworn, undamaged with no stains and/or deodorant of any kind, no smells of smoke/perfume of any kind, unaltered, and no animal/human hair, within the 14-day return period, will be accepted.
Final sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Size exchanges are subject to availability. Returned items need a processing time of 2-3 days for inspection.

Anything purchased as sale or clearance, or part of our Promotional Sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, store credits or refunds - no exceptions. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Items returned that do not fall in compliance with the return policy will be rejected and will not be refunded or issued a store credit. You will be contacted via email within 5 business days of the return's rejection.
Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded or store credited.

DISCLAIMER: Customer is responsible for purchasing insurance protection. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. When your item is shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Once the package is handed over to the courier, they will be responsible for making sure that the item is delivered to the customer. U Can Only Imagine is not liable for lost/stolen/unreceived packages if tracking shows it was delivered. Because of this, please purchase shipping insurance with your order. Put a note in the order that you want insurance so it will be calculated and gives you 100% protection.
